Apps that are already live, not mockups.

Humaro is a small studio in Provence, France. Besides websites for local businesses, we design, build and run our own web and mobile apps, from the first screen to online payments and the App Store. You probably came from one of them.

01A personal project

PRAWND

The daily photo challenge with friends

A photo game for real friends. Once a day, at a time nobody knows in advance, the whole squad gets the same challenge. Three minutes to answer, then everyone's photos are revealed.

What we built

  • A native app for iPhone and Android.
  • One challenge sent to the whole squad at the same instant: the server keeps the time, not the phone.
  • Private squads of two to eight friends, with reactions and comments.
  • Moderation designed for a young audience: shared photos reviewed one by one, word filter, reporting, parental consent under 15.

PRAWND is a personal, non-commercial project of Humaro's founder. It is not sold by Humaro: it shows what we know how to build.

02Weddings and parties

Clinkpop

The party photo game

A photo game for weddings, birthdays and family parties. During the party, a small challenge lands at a surprise time on every guest's phone at once. The photos are revealed together, and the party album arrives the next day.

What we built

  • A web app guests open by scanning the QR code on their table: nothing to install, no account, a first name is enough.
  • Challenges sent at the same moment to every phone, at a time nobody knows, with a notification.
  • Photos that get through even on a weak venue network, with automatic retries.
  • A big-screen view for the TV or projector, and the whole party album sent by e-mail.
  • Online payment by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, with an e-mailed invoice.

03Family and legacy

Laterly

Letters delivered at the right time

A letter for a child, a grandchild, a friend, written today and delivered one day: on the chosen date, or if its author stops answering. A trusted person is warned before anything is sent.

What we built

  • A website and an iPhone and Android app sharing the same account.
  • Scheduled deliveries: on a set date, or after reminders that went unanswered.
  • A Pro subscription sold on the website and in the app, through Apple and Google in-app purchases.
  • Six languages, e-mails included, and an interface designed for seniors: text follows the phone's size setting.
  • Encrypted letters, voice notes and photos, hosted in Europe, with AI writing help.

04Meeting people, 18+

Twodyssey

A city quest for two

A 90-minute quest through the city with a stranger: places to find, photos to take, questions to get to know each other. At the end, if both want to meet again, we connect them.

What we built

  • A native app for iPhone and Android, and a website.
  • Matching two people, or two pairs, on a time slot, introduced the day before.
  • Steps validated by photo and location, asked only at the moment of validation, never in the background.
  • Verified profiles: every selfie is checked by a person, reports are handled within 24 hours.
  • A space for local businesses that want to become a quest stop.

What you can hand over to us

What we built for ourselves, we can build for you.

A web app, nothing to install

A link or a QR code and it opens in the browser. No store, no account to create: ideal to move fast and test an idea. That's what we chose for Clinkpop.

An iPhone and Android app

A real app, published on the App Store and Google Play. We also handle the store listings, screenshots and the Apple and Google review.

Payments

One-off payment, monthly or yearly subscription, lifetime purchase, in-app purchases on iPhone and Android: all four models already run in our apps.

Notifications and timing

A challenge at a surprise time, a reminder, a delivery ten years from now: the server keeps the time, not the phone.

Several languages

Interface, e-mails and store listings translated. Laterly speaks six languages.

Data and safety

Hosting in Europe, encryption, GDPR, profile checks, reporting and moderation, rules adapted to minors.

How we work

Four steps, and one person to talk to.

You talk to the person who designs and builds your app. Not a project manager, not a support desk. We work in English and French.

  1. 01

    We frame it together

Who the app is for, what it must do on day one, what can wait. This first conversation is free.

  2. 02

    You see the screens

Mockups of every screen, approved before the first line of code.

  3. 03

    We build in steps

At each step, a version you can try on your own phone.

  4. 04

    We publish and follow up

Launch, store publishing, hosting, updates and fixes.

Questions

What you might be wondering.

I play PRAWND and need help. Who do I write to?

Write to contact@prawnd.app, or use the help screen in the app. That is the fastest way to reach the PRAWND team.

How much does an app cost?

It depends on what it has to do: web or mobile, payments or not, number of screens, languages. Describe your idea in a few lines and we will reply with a clear opinion, a price range and a timeline, for free.

Do you work with clients outside France?

Yes, for apps. Everything happens remotely and in English if you prefer. Our website offer, on the other hand, is only available in France and in French.

Let's talk

Got an app idea?
Tell us in three lines.

We will reply with an honest opinion on the idea, the right platform to start with and a timeline, without jargon and without commitment.
